Meghan & Cory – Halifax Contest Winners!!!

Well Megan was the winner of our 2009 blog comment contest and we finally were able to set up the shoot (we were waiting for summer weather to arrive and well….it did!) We decided to shoot somewhere I had never shot before, and actually as far as I can recollect somewhere I had never walked before….the Halifax Commons. Now I have walked around the perimeter or the commons and worked at the Rolling Stones Concert that was on the fields, but where the pool and playground and skatepark are..I had only ever driven by! We took some fun shots around here (and I think I may go back sometime) but then needed to find a location where we could escape the sun so we wouldn’t melt!!! and we did just that! It was a blast and it great to see you Meghan!!! (we went to grade school together and lived in the same neighborhood growing up!) also as a side note, I really like the new blog post format…even though it takes me about 10 times longer to do!!! What do you think should I keep it up? Do you like seeing the collage of more images as part of a post??
